Use of Carrier Equipment

(Free Time and Demurrage) 

Except as otherwise provided, Free Time allowed, Detention, and Per-Diem charges assessed will be for the provisions of the underlying Vessel Operating Common Carrier (VOCC), or Equipment Leasing Company's Tariff and Equipment Interchange Agreements.
