NVOCC Negotiated Rate Arrangements

Notice is hereby given that Publiship Logsitcs Inc. is engaging in NVOCC Negotiated Rate Arrangement” or “NRA” which means written and binding arrangements
between an NRA shipper and Publiship logistics Inc., the eligible NVOCC to provide specific transportation service for a stated cargo quantity,
from origin to destination, on and after receipt of the cargo by Publiship Logistics Inc. or its agent (or the originating carrier in the case of through transportation).
