Job applicants are being screen for prior employment and references Publiship is using E-Verify to determine if the applicant is authorized to work in the U.S.
Personnel Security, Record Keeping/Preservation Policy
If the necessity arises current employees will be periodically checked using an appropriate services provider. Publiship maintains a current permanent employee list, which includes the name, date of birth, national identification number or social security number, position held and will submit such information to CBP upon written request, to the extent permitted by law. Each Publiship office maintains a database of its employees which includes the name, address, contact numbers, date of birth, tax Id number, tax filing status, and position held. This data can be submitted to CBP upon request.
Personnel Security, Background checks / investigations Policy
Consistent with foreign, federal, state and local regulations, background checks and investigations can be conducted for prospective employees. Periodic checks and reinvestigations can be performed based on cause and/or the sensitivity of the employee’s position.
Personnel Security, Personnel Termination Procedures
No employee has access to our facility. The premises can only be accessed by a member of the management team. System access is only possible from within the premises. System passwords, and Email accounts on our mail server are removed upon termination of the employee.
