Physical Access Controls, Employees System

 

Upon entering the building lobby the employees and visitors are met by a member of the building management team. Employees have to identify themselves with an ID badge. Visitors have to sign in at the lobby front desk and are issued a visitor's pass. Visitors are met at the entrance to our offices by a member of our management team. Visitors are not allowed into our premises unless accompanied by an employee. Access to our premises is only possible by using a security key. Only members of our management team have a key to unlock the office door. In case the lobby front desk is not staffed, or after hours the main entrance to the building is secured by an automatic locking system. The system opens the main entrance only by entering an access code at the key pad located next to the main entrance.
