All documentation is generated by our system and is printed complete, legible, and accurately. Publiship uses a central worldwide data base to monitor and track all the shipments in our care. The database is only accessible by password. Each person has separate access criteria, so each access can be traced individually. Each local OPS department has its own separate database which is also accessible only by individual password. There is no outside access into the local databases. All data is correlated between the origin and destination database. Any discrepancy is being addressed accordingly.
